The second-generation Škoda Kodiaq is the brand’s large family SUV, available with five- or seven-seat layouts and a broad choice of petrol, diesel, mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains.
It is larger and more spacious than its predecessor and introduces features such as Škoda Smart Dials, an available 13-inch infotainment display, a head-up display and the latest generation of driver-assistance systems.
Key point
The Kodiaq combines up to seven seats with a very large luggage compartment and offers everything from a 1.5 TSI mild hybrid to a plug-in hybrid with more than 100 km of electric range.

Exterior design
The second-generation Kodiaq adopts the first elements of Škoda’s Modern Solid direction while keeping the upright proportions expected from a large SUV. LED lighting is standard, with more advanced Matrix LED units available on higher specifications.
Wheel sizes range from 17 to 20 inches and the body is offered in a broad selection of solid and metallic colours.
Dimensions, seats and luggage space
The Kodiaq’s biggest advantage remains space. The five-seat model provides up to 910 litres of luggage capacity, while the optional third row allows the SUV to carry seven occupants.

Interior, Smart Dials and technology
The cabin is centred around a free-standing infotainment display measuring 10 inches as standard or up to 13 inches with navigation. A 10-inch Virtual Cockpit is standard and a head-up display is available.
Three Škoda Smart Dials sit below the touchscreen. They combine rotary controls with small digital displays and provide fast access to climate, seat, audio, map and driving functions.
Engines and hybrid options
The plug-in hybrid Kodiaq iV uses a 25.7 kWh gross battery and offers more than 100 km of WLTP electric range. It supports AC charging up to 11 kW and DC charging up to 50 kW, with a 10–80% DC charge taking about 25 minutes.
The 1.5 TSI adds mild-hybrid technology. The most powerful conventional petrol and diesel engines come with all-wheel drive as standard.

Safety and parking technology
The Kodiaq can be equipped with up to nine airbags and adds newer assistance functions such as Turn Assist, Crossroad Assist and Collision Avoidance Assist.
Intelligent Park Assist and Remote Parking add convenience, while Attention and Drowsiness Assist monitors driver behaviour for signs of fatigue.
Connectivity
The Kodiaq is always online and supports Škoda’s connected services and compatible infotainment apps. Multiple USB-C ports, dual wireless phone charging and the MyŠkoda app expand the digital feature set.
